We are committed to developing ECRs as future leaders in defence, security and resilience.
The Future Leaders Forum brings in cross-discipline PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, research associates, and first position lecturers whose work and future aspirations align with RBOC challenges.
Up to 50 ECRs will be selected through an open call.
The purpose is to broaden understanding of the resilient systems, security and decision-making research landscape and of non-academic stakeholder priorities and concerns.
A Future Leaders conference will be held in the second year of the grant centered on cross-sectorial networking, leadership, decision-making and resilience skills and designed/delivered in partnership with the International Leadership Association
